Honey Comb
Golden Amber, and traditional / classic flavor. Typically used on sopillias, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, tea, granola, yogurt
The darkest of the local honeys. Rich, bold flavor. I love this on my french toast/ pancakes, in my chai tea, coffee, and all over my pizza
The lightest of the honeys. Floral, sweet, with a hint of mint. My favorite way to eat this is in my tea, yogurt, or on fruit ( I especially love filling red raspberries with it) *small batch and limited supply *
Capped honey comb can come in a variety of flavors depending on the hive location and availability during the season *limited item*

Meet Erica, your local beekeeper,

Erica grew up catching bees, and always wanted to be a beekeeper. After spending much of her life moving from place to place, she finally settled in a place that allowed her to keep bees. She's been doing as much as she can to learn and grow as a beekeeper ever since, and actively working on her Master Beekeepers Certification in the process.
She is a member of the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union as well as chapter Secretary for her district. She was a member of the 2024 Fellows program, helping to advocate for good agricultural practices and enjoys being involved in written policy to help both local and nation wide farmers, ranchers, beekeepers, land workers, as well as their livestock (big and small).
